this is a very sad accident but when we send are children to school we exspect them to be looked after,this is a very serious accident , i think the school should take some blame,for lack of supervison.

It is about time that schools were made responsible for unacceptable supervision. Schools are an essential place for young peole and children to go to, but as a parent you should not have to worry about what might happen. I would expect cuts and scrapes that is part of being a child but this is extreme

I understand this is an unfortunate event, but surely if pupils are correctly supervised the chance of things like this happening are very rare. I hope this family get their compensation and maybe it will make schools more aware of risks like this and it can be PREVENTED. I realise my feelings appear quite strong but this is not the only occurance of preventable accidents in schools in recent months
